Mall road in Shimla is "maal" enough for our own desi guys and girls. Synonymous to the present day Mall, You can shop just about anything in the Mall Road. It is the main street of the colonial towns. With photo blogging catching up thesedays, there are more and more avenues opening up to photography. Shimla being a hot spot with tourists especially during the summer months, the Himachal Pradesh Tourism board has done its bit to preserve and face lift this British Indian hill station. Much as Shimla's Tourist attractions get their share of crowd, the daily bread and butter of this self sufficient town is always from the Mall Road which has for eons met the ends of its local population.
Well, to shop the best offerings of the hill side, there is always the Lakadi Bazaar or the wood market with wooden carvings fitting all budgets.
