This is when all the farmers around Karnataka state bring their groundnut harvests to Bull Temple in Basavanagudi for sale.
The fair is not just limited to fresh produce of nuts but also works as a small town family outing. With manually  operated meery-go-rounds and Giant wheels, the park invites kids from nearby localities and adults to generate business for several small timers.
Of the many stalls, batasu, mixture with puffed rice (kadalepuri) and colored sugar candy ar emy favorites.
