Old style French cafe in the French quarter facing the promenade in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. After centuries of being rules by the FRench, baguettes are not uncommon. European cuisine is as common as the asian tuk-tuk and coming from a town that was a previous British Cantonment, this is what draws me more to these places. The promenade is not for a sea/ beach, but for the Mekong river. Brown as ever, but a beautiful and cooling effect to the French quarter.
